Cleanse Yourself from 1 to 3 weeks - with Menlha

Get away for 1, 2 or three weeks. Choose the length of your cleanse. This cleanse is available for those that wish to cleanse for 21 days and also for those that may wish to come for 1 or 2 weeks. We offer a relaxing healing environment for participants to enjoy the cleansing and healing magic that only their body/mind knows how to do.

Note: For those that will be cleansing for the full 3 weeks there will be 3 days of just water in the middle of the cleanse and then we will proceed with juicing until 3 days before the end of the cleanse when we will slowly start to break the cleanse using some broths and rawfoods.

Why the longer cleanse?
Some people who have come for the one week cleanses feel they are just getting deeper and really into the cleanse when it is time to stop so have requested a longer cleanse. Also the magic # 21 occurs often to break cycles or to complete cycles.

• 1st day - July 1st arrival in the afternoon

• 8th day - July 8th completion for the one week cleansers. Raw breakfast and lunch
• 8th - 7th days - July 8,9.10,11,12 juicing for the 3 week cleansers along with yoga,

• 13th - 15th days - July 13, 14, 15 water, fiber and colemas
• 16th - 18th days - July 16, 17, 18 juicing
• 19th - 22nd days - July 19, 20, 21, 22 coming out of cleanse into raw food
