Just imagine – a serene tropical paradise in the jungle of Costa Rica. A small group of people, with a few experienced facilitators, 9 days focused exclusively on you, your individual and collective well-being. An eclectic combination of activities, experiences, adventures, and celebrations focused on embracing and engaging your body, mind, and spirit. Holiday Fiesta includes many diverse experiences. We will explore our inner and outer worlds, through yoga, dance, meditation, introspection activities, and dialogue workshops that will facilitate and nurture a deep spiritual experience of self. Combine it with local and nutritious foods, recreation, fun excursions in the area, cultural integration with the local village community, and lots of celebrations - and you have a chance to experience a profound sense of peace, harmony, and life purpose. Perhaps like never before.

And on top of everything else, did we mention the unspoiled pristine beaches of one of the most ecologically friendly and preserved countries of Latin America? The lazy hammock readings and naps? Waking up to the sounds of the birds and the resident monkeys of the jungle? And the option to completely customize the retreat, choosing the activities that you feel called to attend on any given day?

8 nights / 9 days shared accommodations in 12 comfortable thatched roofed cabinas, (All accomodation is based on double occupany, please state whether single or couple for room selection. )
A complete daily program of body movement, self care, and wellness sessions
(yoga, dance, meditation, nutrition, healing mud baths, and more!)
All meals, focusing on natural and fresh local foods (raw, vegetarian, and non-vegetarian)

We are gathering items for the local community to give to the children and families that are very poor. All donations will be greatly appreciated. Suggestions include:

School supplies, notebooks, pencils, erasers, pencil crayons
Clothing, T-shirts, new or used in good shape.

What not to bring

Expensive jewelry, watches, electronics.
Perfume (you smell great naturally)
Makeup (We want to see your beautiful shining face)
Cell phones, palm pilots etc.

Marise Fennell
Marise is a visionary behind Destiny Retreats. She brings many years of experience in the areas of project management, coaching, counseling, and facilitation into these retreats. Furthermore, she brings her passion and enthusiasm of self-expression, inner peace, and wellness into her vibrant life and work with a vast array of individual and group clients. With an eclectic background in the healing arts, her deep love of nature and varied studies in spirituality, Marise is seen by many as a mentor who challenges and gently encourages her clients to live their Truth.

James Beaufait
James is a practicing executive and personal coach and a small business behavioural consultant based in Point Roberts, Washington. He holds a masters degree from UCLA and is a certified behavioural analyst, facilitator of The Work by Byron Katie, and has traveled the world for numerous personal, professional, and volunteering reasons. His passions are exploring and sharing present day and ancient cultures through his travels in Latin America, Asia, and in the American Southwest. He believes the human spirit and potential is unbounded:
