This five day uncooked culinary arts workshop is based on acknowledging
that we are free to nourish and love our bodies. By uncooked we
mean eating living foods served in a gourmet way.
Learn
to prepare foods that nourish our body best. Say yes to treating
our bodies with tender loving care and discover what feels good.
Because we are all uniquely perfect, this workshop will not focus
on what is right or wrong, but simply give tools to create meals
that are healthy, give energy, enzymes, beautiful skin, gorgeous
hair and bring every cell in the body alive. After you have learned
the easy and fun food preparation techniques that will do this for
your body yet deliver amazingly delicious food, it is up to you
to choose what makes you feel good.
During this 5 day workshop we will learn:
- the basics of preparing raw foods

- the benefits of raw foods
- about juicing and cleansing
- and have fun laughing, playing, with plenty of resting.
You may find yourself feeling refreshed and amazing.
Daily Schedule:
Day 1
2:00 pm Lunch, introductions, orientation,
3:00-5:00 pm culinary arts class
5:30-6:30 pm Dinner
6:30-7:30 talk about benefits of raw living foods

Day 2-4
6:00 am Yoga
8:00 am Breakfast, fruit, juices, smoothies
10-12 Raw food preparation class
12:30-1:30 lunch
1:30- 4:00 Beach time (free time)
4:00-6:00 Raw food preparation class
6:00 -7:30 dinner and Sunset time
7:30-9:30 Meditation on Loving What is
Day 5
6:00 am Yoga
8:00 am Breakfast, fruit, juices, smoothies
10-12 Raw food preparation class
12:30-1:30 lunch
2:00 departure Sample Menus (all
are Raw living food). Although we will prepare many more then listed
here, this simply provides examples of some of the meals we will
be preparing. Who ever thought raw food was boring???

About
Crystal Bruneau
Since struggling with food addictions, allergies, and sensitivities
my whole life, I become very interested in which foods actually
allowed me to feel good in my body. I became interested in Raw live
foods, and after reading a lot of information about live enzymes
and the benefits of raw live foods I decided to try a raw foods
diet.
I noticed almost immediately that my addictions diminished, I no
longer felt deprived, no longer had allergies, or food sensitivities,
I could eat delicious food, and feel energetic and alive. Yahoo!
Although learning how to eat nutritious foods, and finding foods
that work for my body was and is a huge life improvement I found
that the need to nourish and find what is good for me runs much
deeper then nutrition. I have found and am finding that the most
important thing is loving my body and everything that I am. I am
in the evergoing process of loving what is here now. Not what I
may be one day or how I might feel one day. How do I nourish and
love myself now. This is my gift to everyone.To support the unraveling
of how we learn to love and nourish ourselves now, just as we are.
Crystal Bruneau is the former owner of Trees Lounge Raw Foods Restaurant
and currently owns Conscious Catering. She teaches raw food classes,
caters to small and large groups, and does private party and restaurant
consulting.
