daily group activity including rituals, excursions into nature,
sunsets at the beach, longer periods of silence, as well as two
guided daily meditations will be part of the program. A part of
the day is also reserved to follow your own flow … at the
beach, in the hammock, hugging trees.
The circle of the meditative group will support each of the participants
to allow a true rebirth of your body, mind and spirit.
 There
are several beaches within walking distance for swimming, snorkelling,
playing, finding shells.
Other excursions in the area are possible, but not included in
the price, like horseback riding, canopy or boat tours for dolphins
and turtles.

thearapy. He is also director of the Institute for Bodymind Intelligence
and enjoys bringing the space of celebration, meditation and intuition
into his work and life.
